1. Return Eligibility.
Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:
Material received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products are unused and in original packing condition.
Original invoice or proof of purchase is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Products.
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or opened cable tie packets.
Material damaged due to improper handling or storage.
Customized, special-size, or specially packed cable ties.
Bulk orders manufactured or supplied as per customer requirement.
Goods sold on clearance or special discounted prices.
3. Return Approval Process.
To request a return, kindly share the following details by email:

Product photos/videos
Quantity details
Reason for return
After verification, our team will approve the return if eligible.
4. Refund Policy.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection and approval of returned goods.
Refund amount will be transferred through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Transportation, courier, and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
5. Replacement Policy.
In case of damaged, defective, or wrong material supply, DSS International may provide:

subject to stock availability and verification.
6. Order Cancellation.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once goods are dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
